Rail Legislator is our dedicated smart monitoring, reporting and analysis service to help you keep track of the transition into law of recommendations from Keith Williams and Grant Shapps on reforms to the structure, financing and branding of the railways in Great Britain and what the changes will mean for your organisation.

Based on the expected law making process, our Rail Legislator service will include reports and analysis of:

Railways Bill publication and House of Commons early stages

Report and Third Reading stage

House of Lords stages

Consideration of Lords’ Amendments and enactment into law at Royal Assent

Access to a secure one-stop-shop website containing an archive of all relevant documents and publications, summary reports and analysis and monitoring information

Regular exclusive podcasts by our senior consultancy team and guests exploring and analysing the latest developments and their implications for organisations in the rail sector

Each subscription will entitle the subscriber and two other users from the same organisation to access our content.

Rail Legislator is available for a one-off subscription of £850 plus VAT.  To be clear, this will cover the entire progress of the legislation up to Royal Assent, likely to be no earlier than late-2022.  There will be no repeat payments.
